Pregnant Student

What the Title IX Federal Law Says

Title IX prohibits discrimination against a student based on pregnancy, childbirth, false pregnancy, termination of pregnancy, or recovery from any of these conditions. Title IX also prohibits a school, college, or university from applying any rule related to 学生的父母、家庭或婚姻状况对学生的区别对待 on their gender.
